How I Work

Helping individuals and families make positive changes in their lives is important to me. No matter what the challenge may be, creating calm out of chaos is the desired result. I’m experienced in all aspects of home organizing, from closets and children’s rooms to home offices and photo projects.

To get started, we would approach the project together by first surveying the space you are concerned with and then talking about how the space is used, who uses it, what the space contains and what your ultimate goal for the space will look like.

We’ll then design systems that work for you and your family. Organizing supplies, tools and furnishings that best suit your needs and space will be recommended and implemented.

For the larger projects, it’s a good idea to remember that the area you are concerned about may have developed over a long period of time. It will also take some time to bring it back to order. One other aspect to consider; when beginning to organize a space, it will sometimes look worse before it looks better. But remember, the end result is always worth it.

I want to reassure you that I am non-judgmental and will respect your concerns. Your privacy is very important to me and I will keep any information relating to you confidential. I value and abide by the NAPO Code of Ethics. As we work together, I want to help you make space for the things that really matter.

Working with families gives me special joy as I am the mother of two teenage girls. I understand the demands of today’s busy lifestyle. Working with me will help you create order, reduce stress and enjoy more quality time in your life.

Although I am based in San Jose, I work with clients throughout the Bay Area.
